Great drs and staff!!
Existing patient visiting from another location with Dr. Salley to talk about 2nd round of tubes for my son! I called, left a voicemail with Sheila, and scheduled the appointment for him all within 2 hours of my visit.
Props to Google for fixing the directions to here. Also, don’t know where the 3.1 rating is coming from. This place is excellent. They have fixed my ear infection that was misdiagnosed elsewhere. They were patient, listened to my concerns and took care of my problem.
I had a great experience with this office from start to finish. I really don’t understand the negative reviews and almost didn’t book my appointment because of them. In the end, I decided to take a chance because their appointment time worked best with my schedule. I’m glad I did. It was easy to fill out paperwork beforehand. I had an early appointment and waited less than 10 minutes to go to the exam room and not long to see the doctor. He and the nurse listened to my concerns, answered questions, and were very reassuring.
